Ms. Knuth, I finally have a minute to get this off to you concerning my experience with Norma and your office during my recent home purchase. Norma was absolutely wonderful to work with, she knew my timeframes for finding a home were tight and managed her schedule around mine to ensure I found what I was looking for. After I returned to Denver and my job, she ensured that any paperwork needed was send to me, explained in full, and kept me on time with all needed signatures and document returns. In fact, between her and my lender, this was a done deal within 30 day and that included recordings. How special it is to be assisted with such a monumental occurance by someone who really knows her stuff and CARES. Again, thanks for all that your staff did working the paperwork and please convey my thanks to Norma for all of her help.
